It all started for me when I was 10 years old hunting cottontail rabbits with my grandpa and his prized beagles in the woods of Northern New Jersey. I owe the passion running through my veins for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors to him. Looking back, grandpa took me on my first deer hunt at 12 years old and since then I’ve been hooked.

My name is Beau Davis, I have been hunting waterfowl for 32 years. I have a degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University. This passion led me to starting my own outfitters business in Colorado, 7 years ago, guiding waterfowl, mule deer, turkey, upland and dove. Now, I am joining Callin N Fallin Outfitters to bring you a first class waterfowl experience. I look to call 'em close and shoot 'em even closer!

Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, I have been fortunate to hunt many great species that this province has to offer. Primarily a bow hunter, several years back I found a new passion in the action that waterfowl hunting brings. Over the past 20 years, I have guided hunts for black bear, moose, elk, wolf, coyote, whitetail, mule deer, and sheep. For the last 4 years, I have been a spotter for geese and ducks. Being a “people person”, I enjoy the interaction between the land owners and myself. I also enjoy the challenge that spotting/scouting for waterfowl brings, as well as the rewards of being able to put the guide and his clients/hunters on the “X” for some exciting waterfowl hunts. It is so fulfilling to see the clients happy after a successful hunt. It doesn't matter to me who pulls the trigger, being there and having fun is what I consider a successful hunt.

I was born and raised in an Alberta, Canada traditional hunting family of several generations. My grandfather was president of the Canadian Chesapeake Club and several members of our family had, and raised, waterfowl dogs. My grandfather oversaw the Canadian finals dog trails; for years, I looked forward to working this event and seeing the dogs and owners work together. In 1984, I became a class A guide and worked in and around Alberta - guiding hunters for big game, while focusing on Black bear. In 1990, until present, I outfitted for big game specializing in Moose and Black bear hunts. In 2012, until present day, I started working in the fall spotting for waterfowl hunts.
